What is your return/exchange policy?

We will gladly return or exchange an item. If you would like to exchange or return an item, please email jeannette@walkingart.org. Exchanges or returns will be accepted within 7 days of item receipt.

What is the sample sale merchandise?

Sample sale merchandise is out of season or manufacture trial-runs that did not go into production.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping usually takes 2-5 days depending on the good ole United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Once an order has been shipped a delivery confirmation and tracking number will be provided.

How much does shipping cost?

All of packages will be shipped Priority mail through the Post Office. It is a flat rate of $5.99.

How should I care for my clothes?
